We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

HOME DELIVERY: We offer a £4.95 flat rate shipping to the United Kingdom for all orders under £99. For all orders £99 over shipping within the UK is free.
IN-STORE PICK UP: You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Little The Jewellers, High Street Elgin or Little The Jewellers, Commerce Street Elgin. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 business day. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 9am-5pm on Monday - Saturday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
